This is our first attempt at a poultry wind break. Hidden behind and under all the branches, are three old hurdles. In theory the poultry can use it as a shelter, rather than always running back into the stables at the first sign of wind and rain. We are not actually due any rain or wind for a few days so time will tell.... This rather handsome Indian Game hen is happy to use it as a perch and survey the world! We hoped she liked what she saw.
