The thaw
The day began VERY frozen, it was -3 last night and it took a good while to break all the ice in all the drinkers and troughs!
As we type this now, it is lashing with rain. Tomorrow the dogs will no longer be running in the snow. Tomorrow they will be running in the grass (and mud!!).
We are positively dreading what the poultry area is going to look like.
It was all very pretty whilst it lasted. We wonder whether that is it for winter now??
