The weather hasn't been great these last few days and today whilst walking the dogs round our fields, we had to take shelter in our own field shelters as we got caught in a very heavy hailstorm. It was great to experience first-hand just how brilliant our shelters are in protecting the livestock. We really were completely shielded from the wind and the hail. Not so good of course is the land - soggy from the melting snow last week and now soggy from heavy rains and hail!!!
We are told by the wonderful weather forecasters mind you that dry is on its way...
