Storm Freya is set to hit us tomorrow with 40/50 mile an hour winds and rain!! As we type this at 10pm, it is hotting up nicely outside!! It sounds grand to be given a name but truth is, it is simply bad weather, nothing more and nothing less! We have brought the sheep inside the barn because 3 of them are STILL limping and as for two of them, the cause is scald, staying in what is sadly becoming a rather wet field again, is not ideal. Mrs White's limp doesn't seem to have improved since her AB jab either, so all in all, a couple of days back inside will probably do them all good. Depending on how hard we are hit by Storm Freya mind you, we may be bringing the cows back inside as well...
And there we were thinking spring had arrived...
