Mrs White continues to limp and so now on the advice of a second vet we are applying a poultice to her foot to see if the suspected foreign body that may be wedged in there can be encouraged to come out. This means having her on her back once a day to apply the poultice - which we do in the evening – and then each morning getting hold of her again to take it off. She is inside along with all the other sheep so she is easy to get her and of course to keep her feet dry. The sheep seem fairly settled inside, which to be honest, is just as well!
