Today we ran our very first 'Thinking About Goats' course. We were inspired by someone asking us to do a goat afternoon for her and between us decided to see if anyone else wanted to come along. Well, they did. Within 48 hours of advertising it, we were fully booked with 8 adults (our maximum number) and a child. We could talk goats for hours and in fact did, over-running by an hour an a half!
It was a great afternoon, we were humbled, as ever, by meeting people so full of enthusiasm for the next stage in their smallholding journeys, and of course the kids were a huge hit!!
We hope to run another one in a few weeks.
