Tis the season of produce and harvesting. This year we are definitely starting to see results on our many fruit trees: we have 11 apple trees with one giving us two different types, this giving us 12 different varieties overall. And so far, there hasn't been one we haven't enjoyed. One of them is a cooking variety and there is a strong rumour that Jack may make a blackberry and apple crumble for when Jon and Annette come to stay...(we may have mentioned this before...)
