Today it tried to snow on and off for much of the day but most of the time there were just tiny flakes that melted before they had even reached the ground. Pretty though snow can be, we don’t really want any as when it all disappears, the mess it leaves behind is definitely not that pretty and with our land the way it is, we don’t need any more help in creating mud!!! The photo shows the poultry paddock which even with a smidgen of melted snow became very puddly again in places!. The ducks of course help – not – with all their dabbling. It’s so hard to think that we will one day be dry, even though the last few days have shown how things can dry off quickly in places!! Still, set dry for a few more days though so fingers crossed. .
