Today we managed to get the sheep shorn at last, well not us personally but Scott. Mrs White sheared beautifully as did Mr Brown, pictured here and looking very smart but the Shetland ewes were still quite hard work apparently and as such, their coats aren’t quite as neat looking as they ought to be. Still, tis now done. Just the small matter of seeing of we can make any money on these this year, we still have last year's sitting in the stables!!!!! Shetland fleeces are quite valuable – we just need to find our market.
