The greenhouse, cold frames and outside raised beds are starting to become areas of 'plenty' and as such more and more of our meals are being made with more and more of our own produce. Tonight's gem was stuffed sweet peppers alongside our eggs and other assorted veg. And to think that Jack avoided peppers for years thinking she didn't like them!!!
