At 'almost' three weeks we felt it was safe to let our nine ducklings out into the paddock, watched over of course by their wonderful mum Pear. It took them a little while to work it out and to be brave enough to take the leap, but after a few minutes of being all piled up, the emergence began!!
Such a wonderful sight - and course there is now slightly less mucking out to do for Jack!!!
And with not a single view of a corvid, all nine were safely back indoors with mum at the end of the day!
