We definitely have grass at the moment but due to the stonking quality of the hay, the animals all make a beeline for the trolley as soon as go anywhere near it with a fresh bale. It is really only there for the alpacas but as everyone is co-grazing at the moment, anything that gets put out, is up for grabs by all. We moved all the stock into the top 3-acre four days ago in order to rest the 4-acre. As the photo shows we have green grass of a good length which should satisfy everyone but with hay that is almost as green, it obviously doesn’t. And at £5 a bale, this could get expensive!!!
