Hedgerow Broody (Row) ended up with one turkey poult from her batch of five eggs (she had two but one died) and rather delightfully she has teamed up with Victoria who has four the same age and now they 'share' the parenting. How fascinating that there is such a strong 'species' bond here that is led by the youngsters. If Row had a chick, I think we can be 100% certain that this relationship would NOT have happened!!!
