Sorrel continues to sound like she is on 60 a day. This afternoon we had the vet out to see her. The results of the lung worm test came back negative and as such, we feel we need to know why Sorrel is as she is. We are also concerned at the lack of food she is eating and about her general demeanor. The only thing that is really tempting her at the moment are browsings. The good news is that her lungs are clear, the bad news is that the vet suspects either a throat infection picked up from who knows where OR one caused as the result of poor drenching. We last wormed Sorrel five days ago and if any wormer got into her windpipe, it ‘could’ have caused the problems we are seeing. We are very certain that our drenching was okay but equally rather disturbed that we may have caused this!!!
