The clocks go back tonight and as such, the lights on our trusty quad will be used even more than they are now. At the moment, our good intentions to get all the evening livestock chores done by dusk, often fall by the wayside and we usually end up filling hayracks as dusk has well and truly fallen, dusk currently being around 6 ish. From tomorrow, the plan is we go back to getting up at 7 (as opposed to getting up at 8), as dawn will now be 6.30 ish. This is in an attempt to make the absolute best of the daylight!! We will have to see how long our intentions last!!
