Very sadly we had to get John from Genus back today as Spearmint came back into season. We are a bit gutted as our 100% 'first-time' success rate is now broken...
We now need to keep a close eye as if she returns again it may mean she is not a fertile cow and as such will have to go for meat!! Not a good thought!!
And we are still waiting for Thyme to show signs of having her first season - calving next year is going to be much later and very spread out....
