Today was only slightly damp and from tomorrow we are promised a fortnight of no rain!!! The thought of dry weather, of maybe getting the sheep and alpacas back outside, of the geese not dabbling in mud.... it would be sooo good. Getting the cows back out might be a tall order mind you.... the fields are saturated and will need to be a lot drier to deal with their hooves and weight. Last year they had a few weeks back out from 3rd Jan - cannot quite believe that now...
