Today we moved the rhea back to the bottom 3-acre and the sheep and alpaca to the far 2-acre where the rhea were. And our reasons: well, the near 2-acre has got quite wet again so we wanted the sheep out of there, and the far 2-acre is a whole lot drier. Also, as the rhea are poo machines, it's quite good to move them around and so give the land time to recover. The bottom 3-acre is our wettest field but we hope big enough for the rhea not to do too much damage in one area - fingers crossed!!!
