We have missed our sunsets but they are now back with a vengeance. There surely can be no nicer activity than watching grazing animals as the sun goes down. The madness of our current world makes scenes like this even more special - and we are counting our blessings just now as we have enough food and plenty to do to keep us healthy and occupied for a few more weeks yet.
